This afternoon we donned our high viz vests, gathered up the Mummy volunteers and headed on a double decker bus to Coleraine Fire Station. We learnt about and got to experience how the fire service personnel help us in an emergency. For the first time in 25 years of visits to NIFRS they got an emergency call! Unfortunately our visit was cut short however we got to see all the action!! However the enjoyment of travelling in a double decker bus around Coleraine certainly made up for some disappointment. Lots of the boys and girls had never been on a bus before!!
